BORN — WHY GOLD?
Born Gold is an unfiltered Junmai Daiginjo with a naturally pale golden colour. Some of the sake is aged at −10°C for up to a year before blending, then gently heated just before shipping. The result is fresh, expressive and surprisingly easy to enjoy.
