A LITTLE STORY
OKA — A FIRST DISCOVERY
Oka Ginjo was released in 1980, when ginjo sake was still unfamiliar to most people in Japan. Dewazakura wanted more people to enjoy this fragrant style, and Oka helped spark a wider ginjo boom. More than forty years later, it remains the brewery’s signature bottle.
