A LITTLE STORY

HAKKAISAN — BORN IN SNOW COUNTRY

Hakkaisan comes from Niigata, one of Japan’s great snow regions. The brewery uses water drawn from snow that falls on Mount Hakkai and slowly filters through the earth. That soft water helps shape the clean, gentle character this sake is known for.
